The CSD undergraduate program at the University of Kentucky admits students to the pre-professional major on a selective and competitive basis. Applicants also need a minimum of a 3. Chi-square analyses showed that students’ gender was significantly related to emotional and sexual abuse, but not physical abuse victimization. The findings suggest that transgender students, in addition to female students, are vulnerable to a range of victimization, and prevention efforts should consider their needs in outreach and programming efforts to better serve this population.
